Playdate!

Hi everybody! Today my brother Fui and I had our first for real rumble! It started innocently enough. He was peeking at me from the top of the cat tree and I bopped him on the nose.
He tried to bop me back, but I was in too good a position.Until the big brother moster came down a level! I was still game though! We had a super fun bitey boppy wrestle up on the tree!Fui got a bit of a surprise when he realised what a good wrestler I am. I ended up wearing him out, and patiently watched as he rested.
Getting ready for our next wrestle!
I was the only kitty who went to see Santa yesterday. I was very brave and smooched him on the nose, so I foresee a few Temptayshuns coming my way. We have to pick up the photos on Wednesday, and then I can show you how cute I look with him!:)

Cat Trees

Cat trees are very fun. We like to climb up and play on them. The hanging ball is our favourite part!
It lets us practice our balance and co-ordination.
And we can play lots of games:)
Love Tillie and Ruby.
P.S. We went back to have our ladygardenectomies today. Soon we will hopefully find our Forever homes. We wonder if they will have cat trees?

I Love My Cat Tree!

It is a lot of fun. My favourite part is the hanging rattan balls. I like to give them a good whapping!
A chew is good, too.
They hypnotise me. I can't keep my eyes off them!
My cat tree makes me happy, especially when it's rainy and I'm not allowed to play outside.
Can you guess what else makes me happy? Polly Smitten-Kitten is coming home tommorow! Your purrs are working! The vet thinks she should be fine with a lot of TLC. Hooray!
This seems like a good time to point out the that our friends at Cats-Goats-Quotes posted. It is too lovely to miss:)
Have a great day!

Happy Boxing Day!

I don't know about you, but I'm still digesting from yesterday! And between you and me, I hear there is some ham for lunch in the fridge!
When we woke up yesterday, it just smelled like Christmas. It could have been our neighbours festive cooking, but I'm not completely sure.

Our big coup was this cat tree. It is 1.73 metres tall at the top of the ball rods, and mum thinks it is nice and stable. She is hoping I will get more confident with my jumping, having that to practice on (I am a bit of a 'get too high and then cry 'til Dad comes to rescue me' mancat).
We also have a DVD of our very own! It is called the Aristocats, and has cats and kittens as the main characters! Isn't that cool! They sing and everything!

And this is the cool part- treats! Temptations to be precise. We have never tried these before, but we sure are looking forward to it!

I hope that you enjoyed a Christmas Day full of love, laughter and happiness, and that the feeling will stay with you throughout 2009.

I Am a Helpful Girl

I like to help my Dad. Today he was doing some filing. He had a shoe box that he was putting things to be recycled in. I could see that he was struggling to get the job done, so stepped in.

My most helpful quality is that I give Dad a chance to rest. My favourite saying is that all work and no play means Suey misses her chin skritches, so I make sure Dad doesn't get stuck with all work only.

It is a quality that works out well for me, too!:)
We have graduated to new food bowls. Fui's big fat head means we can't eat together anymore, and he started bopping me on the head if I tried.

Now we can eat together, minus the head bopping. I quite like this, as I am not a fan of head boppage. Unless I am doing the bopping myself, then I like it.

See how much bigger he is than me. Mum doesn't call him Fatty Boomsticks for nothing!

Also, after 18 months of neglect and indifference, Mum has ordered us a cat tree. It is 1.73 metres tall, which is good by me, as I like being up high and surveying my domain (not Fui's). I can't wait for it to arrive!:)

Love from
