My little brother? Now THAT is another story!

I would like to say thankyou to those who gave my a vote in Kitty Fight Club, and send a very big concatulations to Snafu. Good luck in your next round :)
I have more good news on the Ginger Ninjas. They have names now! Tinky-Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po. They have been with Greta for a week now and are doing fabulously. There have been no sneezes or runny noses, and the little ginger boy's eyes have cleared up. We are very glad that they are with someone who is taking such great care of them.
This is him on the bed today in our spare room, having a knead on the blanket. He is looking much more mancatly than last time I saw him.
This is Freddie during his last week with us before he went to his Forever Home. You can see how big Lishy was compared to Freddie.
This is the boys today. Freddie is on the left. He has done a lot of catching up, and is about the same size as my runty brother. There is 8 weeks between them in age. Freddie is fatter though. The boy loves his food, and he has a very accomodating dad!
Freddie spent his first 24 hours here in the spare room and adjoining bathroom. Lishy snuck in between mum's feet when she was going into his room, and the boys responded really well to each other. I also snuck in, and Freddie didn't have a problem. Mum decided to leave his door open and supervise us, and we have been having lots of fun! Freddie has only ventured as far as the landing, but is really enjoying having buddies to play with. Suey is just ignoring us all, as usual, although she has had a couple of nose kisses with Freddie. (I thought I would add, mum only lets us mix with Freddie because she knows he is a strictly indoor cat who has had all his vaccinations. He comes to the clinic mum works in for his check ups. If she didn't know his health status, he would have been quarantined in the same way shelter foster kittens are).
Mum and dad went out for a couple of hours today. When they left, Freddie was asleep in the wardrobe in his room. When they got home, Freddie was still asleep in the wardrobe!
Today, I have been living with my mum and dad for three years. This is the first photo of me that wasn't blurry or of my bum.
Mum thinks I was a gorgeous wee boy, and I tend to agree ;) This is me and my first toy, Marty Mouse. You might remember Marty as the intrepid reporter who travelled between Townsville and Sydney with mum and dad last year.
I settled in really well, and was wandering around like I owned the place within an hour. Mum is very grateful to my foster mum, her friend Kate, who raised me to be a confident, well adjusted babycat.
Freddie Weasley.
You wont believe how much he has grown.
The last picture of him was taken just before he went to his Forever Home. He is now ENOURMOUS!
And the kitties love him!
Greta reports that the Ginger Ninjas are doing well and eating up a storm! :) We have a very special guest staying with us this weekend- Freddie 'Superstar' Weasley. He is taking it easy in his private room at the moment, but we'll get some pictures this weekend :)
It is comparatively rare for a ginger kitten to be a girl, so these two are a bit special. Mum brought the girls home after her shift to get them cleaned up, wormed, and flea free, before they went to Greta's house where they will stay in foster care.
Greta reports that all four are eating well, and seem very happy to be itch-free and warm. There was lots of rain last night and most of today, so we are glad they are safe and warm inside. We're hoping they will be able to go to the Cat Protection Society when they are old enough to be desexed, but if the little boy has a kitty flu we will do it privately to make sure it's not passed to the other kitties there.
Lottie and our two brothers have been staying with the shelter boss, as they were so little. Lottie is now 680 grams (Henry and I are both 850 grams). Unfortunately, one of our brothers passed away last week. Our other brother is only 270 grams, at 7 weeks old. We are really hoping that he will make it, but we're not sure if he will. He is staying with the shelter boss.
Lottie is recovering from an infection in the nailbed of one of her back feet, but is otherwise full of health and excitability. We had a little bit of a hissy time over the first 24 hours, but have also had cuddles and have played together. Henry has also been giving her tongue baths.
It's great to have my sister back :)
Whatcha gonna do?
Whacha gonna do
when we come for you?!
Guess what! We have exciting news! When Alice was dropped off at the shelter, she had a sibling with her. Her sibling was really really tiny though, about half the size of Alice. The little one wasn't expected to make it, and went to stay with the shelter boss instead of coming with us to our foster home. Well, the little baby now big, strong and has a clean bill of health, and is now just in need of socialisation from some similar sized kittens. Tomorrow, we will be getting Alice's sibling back!!! Hooray!!!
I can camouflage in really good with my furs, unlike my little brother!
