Ronny Licious, House Kitten

Hello! I have now been an out of the crate real for true house kitten for a whole day! My mum said it has gone more smoothly than she dared to imagine. I slept in the bedroom last night, just inside the door. Fui slept on the bed and Suey slept in her ham-mick. Everyone was relaxed, which is very cool. I haven't forgotten to use the litterbox, either! I have enjoyed being a house kitten. I spent time watching my mum help Fui and Suey write Christmas cards last night (which reminds me, if you would like a card from us, please email us at Fui_and_Suey AT hotmail DOT com).

I had a really big play with both this wand toy and the Cat Dancer. Suey even played with me for a little while, which was really cool! After all the fun and games, I had a really big sleep in my mousie tent. It's exhausting being a house kitten!:)

We would like to send the biggest purrs we can muster to our lovely friends Tama-Chan and #1 who are embarking on a really big adventure. We are very excited for you!:)

Sunshine!

I haven't had my turn to blog in far too long. All these little whippersnappers keep pinching my spotlight, and that is not something I will stand for for too long. My mum said I have been a very very good girl with my new little brother. I don't even smack him upside the head. On Friday, Harry and Hermione are going to their Forever Home. On that day, the crate is going away, and Ronny will come out and be a real for true Sunshine-Sausage-Moimoi brother cat who can run around the house whenever he wants and play and snuggle and be part of our family. I am quite looking forward to that day, as mum has a substantial supply of Fancy Feast as a bribe.

Not that I've been bought off or anything...

A Special Announcement

One my 11 week birthday, I got two bits of news. One is not so good, the other is very good.

The not so good news is that I am not very well. I have bad insides, and that makes lots of fluid gather in my belly. It is also stopping me from growing, and making me really hungry but unable to absorb food properly. It is the reason I get tired very quickly, too. There is nothing that the vet can do to make me better. Her estimate is that I have a few months at best. The good news is that I have a Forever and Ever Home. My mum and dad adopted me today. I have a sister called Suey and a brother called Fui. I am going to be loved and spoiled and cared for for the rest of my days. My friend Greta even gave me an orange tent that is shaped like a mouse!

The only part I am unsure about is that I have to pose for a Christmas photo...
