My News

Hello everybuddy,

For my first bit of news, I got the results back on the tests of my blood and my wee. It didn't tell us what is wrong, but it ruled out a lot of what can't be the problem. It's not my kidneys, liver, a blood disorder, an inability to absorb protein or other problem with my digestive tract. The two most likely candidates now are heart failure or cancer. My vet seems to believe a heart problem is the most likely candidate. I am not strong enough for the tests to confirm the diagnosis, as they would require an anaesthetic. My mum is working on ways to try and help me feel stronger.
In better news, I received something awesome!!!! My brother and sister are
about the collars they . Yesterday, I received one that mum ordered for me! The lovely Alison made it for me because I have such a little neck. It is called the Hippy Swirl collar. Alison, we can't thank you enough for helping us out. I love my collar very much. I have a tag on it from . Because the vet doesn't think I am really strong enough for a microchip, my mum thought it was important that I had ID on me. It is a red tag with a heart on the front, and my name and mum's phone number engraved on the back.

I also wanted to say that when we talk about companies like this on our blog, we do not get payment or free stuff or anything. We have received emails a couple of times asking if we would recommend different things, but we haven't done so. We only recommend things if we genuinely use and love them.

In my last bit of news, my mum doesn't know how to read a calendar. Wordless Wednesday indeed! Hahahah:)

Well, we hope it's the sort of heart defect that stunts your growth but that doesn't actually make you all sick all the time.

Ronny, you look so handsome in your new collar!

We are keeping all paws crossed that your Mum and vet can figure out how to stabilise you so that we can enjoy your wonderful adventures for a long time to come.

As for WW, worry not, you were not the only ones yesterday! Another blogger friend got his days mixed up too!

That love heart on your spiffy collar will pass on good energy and strength to your real heart, lil' 'licious Ronny. We just can't believe it could be cancer in such a young boy. Time will tell, but we are confident that you have some great time ahead, filled to the brim with love and fun.

We hope you get a bit stronger and you can find out what's going on - I hope it's something that can be fixed and/or treated!

You are such a big boy in your new collar! I hope they can treat your heart problem. I have a heart problem too, but less severe. They did tests on me but did not have to knock me out. They shaved my armpits though because humans are weird. Sending you lots of purrs.

Ron, we are sad that the tests didn't tell you what is wrong but we are glad that you know what isn't wrong. We hope you can get stronger and find out. We will always be purring and praying for you to be as well as possible!

And oh you look so adorable in your collar - just to cute and so wonderful they made a small one for you.

We are like you guys, we don't get paid or do free stuff (well, we won a contest but we don't count that because we already liked the stuff from them) but if we have something that we really love we will talk about it. We love that you are the same way!!
