Tiny Tabby Tuesday

Little Ellie and Angus have been developing tabby markings on their faces. Ellie is also developing a silly sense of humour. Here she is making the water bowl her new chair. She tipped all the water out, first!
Angus is a little bit lighter than his sister. He likes to nap on the bottom of the scratching post. The other night, the tiny tabby met the huge tabby. They were both very well behaved. He is very interested in these tiny kitties.
Stella continued to be a wonderful mother to Ellie and Angus, and Calvin, until the moment mum packed her up with Jasper to take her to the shelter. When Calvin was not doing well, mum thought he was going to pass away. She believes Stella and her kindness saved his life. He is now a strong, happy, healthy little boy who we are sure will go on to find a wonderful home. Mum and dad were sad to have to take Stella back, but think it was the right time. Happy Tuesday to you:)

We think it was time for Stella to lead a happy and carefree life too. After all, nursing those kitten must be so straining. Yay to all momcats!

Ellie is a character! What a silly girl. We send special purrs to momma Stella. We hope she finds a wonderful forever home where she gets to be the baby.

She knew Calvin needed a mom, and she said to herself "Well, there's always room for one more!". That thought brought tears to mom's eyes.

We all hope that she goes home to a great forever family that knows just how special and wonderful Stella is, and how lucky they will be to have her.

Stella had a hard life being so young as a Mom and then loosing 3 of her babies. We feel sure Calvin gave her as much comfort as she gave him! She was a beautiful cat and will be missed, but we are happy that she will get a second chance at a happy life.

We bet it is hard to sat goodbye to lovely kitties you have had for a long time. We are sure the time Stella was with you made her more lovable and she will be rewarded with a new home :)

What cute pictures! Ellie in the water bowl is priceless! I hope Stella and Jasper find homes that will treat them as wonderfully as you did. They deserve to be spoiled!

What adorable kitties. We are wondering why you had to take Stella to the shelter. Do you foster kittens born at a no kill shelter? We assume if it was a kill shelter, the kittens would have been put down instead of fostered. At least that's the sad way it works here.

We applaud you all for fostering.
