Welcome!

We have now spent our first 24 hours in our new home, and we must say, we're pretty happy with it.

We have discovered that the new woolen duvet mum and dad got for chilly Sydney is supremely cozy.
In Townsville, we could get away with just a sheet on the bed. It's not sheet only weather down here! To inspire our dreams, the cover has birdies on it! Nom nom nom. I have discovered a great hiding spot for naps. Dad arranged the furniture in the spare bedroom so I would have 'steps' up there. Great plan, Dad!:)We are also liking these big windows. The trees outside were full of birds, and Fui enjoyed watching them. Mum is going to set up our ham-micks in front of the windows, so we can have our own tv.We have had lots of fun driving mum bananas by playing Thundering Herd of Elephants up and down the stairs. Sometimes she could swear fat Fui is rolling, rather than running. Hahaha!
So far, we have been good at not charging for the doors. Mum and dad think the long time at the border will have helped us in our transition to indoor cats. Mum is trying to grow some cat grass and cat nip- from seeds!- to bring the outside in for us. We hope our sensible dad goes to the nursery and gets some that is already grown. Otherwise, we may never see greenery again... MOL!

Great place you guys have got - we like the live TV. That is one great looking duvet that you're snuggling on - we might have to ask Mum about updating ours!

I'm glad you are settling into your new home so well! I never thought of it, but I'll bet you're right about the time at the pet hotel helping you get used to being Indoor cats.

Oh, those stairs look like they would be lots of fun! I am very glad you are already settling in so well! Being an indoor cat is not as bad as I thought it would be either.

As usual ,we love the pics! We are so happy to hear you guys are adjusting well. Mom loves the part about "fat Fui" and cant stop laughing because thats what she hears when I thunder around the house: fat Theodore.
