Final Foster Friday

Today will be the last Foster Friday, for a while at least. We are hoping that one day we will be able to start again when we know the lay of the land in Sydney.

Our little group of Final Fosters are individual miracles. We came close to losing all three, but they fought back, and fought hard. Stella did an amazing job with them, dragging them through the bad spell by their whiskers.

So we decided that today was a day for celebration, and that a fun way of celebrating would be feeling fresh grass under paw pads. Angus came out first. He needed an itty bitty pair of shades! He was fascinated by the smells, and tried to sniff every one of them right up!Calvin liked the feel of sunshines on his furs.
And skipped on the grass.
Ellie was the most confident out there, and liked running about.
Her furs looked gorgeous in the sun.
After all the new sensations and fun, it was time to come back inside and have a nice big rest.

Happy Friday, everyone:)

They are so CUTE! You've done such great work with your fosters and we're proud to know you. ;) We hope you'll get the space and time to foster again, eventually, and that we'll get to join your experiences!

Big hugs,
Bajas, Virus & Ane

We agree with the above commenters. We've seen so many kittens (and Evie) that you've saved throughout the better part of this year. Ellie, Angus, and Calvin are thriving thanks to Stella, but also thanks to the care you took of all of them, Stella included. There is love all over your house, that's why Fui and Suey are such happy and loving kitties, and that's why so many of your fosters have gone to good loving homes.

We want you to pat yourself on the back (Suey and Fui can help ;)) for all the miracles you were responsible for.

We will miss seeing updates on the fosters, but this is a time to take care of Suey, Fui, Lissa and FosterDad. And that's ok. When you're settled in your new house, and you fill it with love, I believe you'll be able to start again.

P.S. - mom says that she might not be able to foster kittens, but seeing how much you all love the work, she's decided that if she can't find a job when we move, she might start volunteering for a rescue group with all the spare time she would have...

The itty bitty kitties are so adorable. How exciting for them to go outside.

I hope you get to have some foster kitties in Sydney. And I'm very glad to hear that you have a new home to go to!

Outside! Oh boy, kitties! Wasn't that exciting? Sunshines are so wonderful! Did you have a nibble on some grass, too?

We know if it is meant to be, you will find yourself Fostering itty bitty kitties again.

They are so sweet. I can see they are really happy outside in the sun.

Thank you for giving so many kittens a loving start to their lives, and socialising them so they will fit into their new famalies well.

You are truly angels, and we think you are wonderful.

Big smooches.

Seeing those adorable kittens in the sunshine is just a joy. Your final fosters have a special place in our hearts. Being a former foster myself, I feel connectected to them.

We wish you the best on your new adventures in Sydney...are Fui and Suey wanting to change the blog name to Fui and Suey Forever?!

PS...we too were having issues opening other blogs in internet explorer yesterday and couldn't comment on some friends pages.
