I have made an exciting discovery. It is called the air con. For a while now, I have not been my self. My mum was starting to worry about me. It wasn't that I seemed sick or anything. I just seemed annoyed. I wasn't up for cuddles or any attention from the humans.
It turns out I was hot! Mum and Dad had been avoiding the air con to try and save power. The other night, they were so hot and sticky and annoyed at the weather man that they decided to turn it on for a little while before bed. Mum took me up with her when it was nice and cool. And boy oh boy did I love it! I was bouncing around, wrestling mum's skirt, stealing things from the nightstands, kissing my mum, cuddling my mum, wrestling the sheets, climbing on my mum, and having a jolly good time. Then when dad came up, I used him for a pillow nearly all night.So as a result, mum and dad were happy to see me back to my old self, and I will be getting air con time!
Also, because our Christmas cards have been delayed, we have more time for our Christmas card exchange. Would anyone like to exchange cards with us? If you would like a card, please email us at Fui_and_Suey AT hotmail DOT com.

It's Tueday morning here and the thought of air conitioning right now makes my fur stand up!
There's certainly no need for air con around here, but glad you're feeling better!

Suey, I'm happy you have that air con going and are feeling much more like yourself. Now, about Fuifui and this roof lark - he actually has the last laugh I think, because no ape looks good balancing on a chair waving a laundry basket about! Nice one Fuifui, thatta boy!

Air con, ummmmmm, I could get used to that!!!! It would have to be a hot day for SS to turn that on - we only have it in one room of the house.
Hahah Your Momma and Dadda re so like mine... they hate to waste everything.. well especially Momma, just just follows along coz he has to..I get like that too in the heat, even go off my food for a bit, Momma keeps checking that I am hydrated though with the skin pinching.. ouchies! But when the air co does go on BOO YA! You can;t stop me then! :)

PES: We smiled about your dadda having had Burmese, every kitteh is beautiful, but after having owned a Burmese.. hehe
We think every household should have a good mix of Burmese and strays :)

I'm glad that you were able to cool off in your air conditioning! I like it very warm but it's cold here. I'm curled up on my mom's soft blue robe right now!

We have floor A/C vents, and I love sitting on them in the summer. Your mom is so sweet to give you special A/C time.It snowed here yesterday...just sayin'.
