Hello everybuddy,
So our mum has been an even worse assistant than usual lately. But I do have some good news. Suey, Lishy and I have decided that the little noisemaker can stay. Our mum says we have adjusted better than she dared to hope for. Suey has been the biggest surprise. She is not a ladycat who likes noise and disruption. It annoys her quite a lot, and usually sends her running in the opposite direction to hide and be grumpy. But when the baby is being noisy and disruptive, she runs towards her! She even calls out as she comes running, as if to ask if there is anything she can do. She also stands up against mum and dad's legs to get a better look at the baby and check for herself that everything is ok. We're all very proud of her.
Lishy has discovered that when the baby is feeding, he has a captive audience. So he climbs up into mum's lap, snuggles in next to the baby and purrs away. He also likes to swish his tail around when the baby is sitting in her bouncer, and she smiles at him.
As for me, I love everybody. So I adjusted pretty quickly. You would not believe how interesting some of these new smells are!
We've been very slack in our commenting, but we have been visiting, and we miss being a more active part of the Blogosphere.
Sending big tabby smooches to all :)

We are glad you are all adjusting to the baby! You are being good furblings and helping where you can!
That is a great photo, Fui! And from what we have seen on FB, that is one CUTE noisemaker! We are so glad you are all adjusting well. It sounds like Suey's maternal instinct has been awakened!

Me and my mom-person are so glad you are all adjusting well :)
The noisemaker looks lika a cute noisemaker :)
OMG!!!!!!!!!!
I bet your human is busy with the new human kitten! I'm glad all you kitties have now given her the paws up.
Well, you know what? We are not surprised AT ALL that the 3 of you are adjusting well. Really, think of the years of preparation...all the fostering, kitten raising, big brother and big sister experience. That little tot has the most experienced kitties in the whole world looking after her. She's a lucky one.
Um...does she taste good?
xoxo Cory
We are so happy that you're all adjusting so well! And we definitely understand your not visiting and commenting ... you've all been very busy! :)
What great sports you are! We know you will have a lot of fun when the baby starts crawling :)
Yay! We're so glad to hear that it's all going well and that you're all adjusting!
We mostly like our noisemaker, too. Except now he's walking and that's sort of making us nervous.
We look forward to hearing more all of the adventures!

Congrats on the new arrival. Wonderful that you guys are adjusting to the baby so well.
We love to hear these news about how you are adjusting to the baby. Those smells must be so sniffy!
When my kids were babies and cried, my cat Samantha would get to them before me. She was always checking on them. She even slept in their crib. Course it could have been the stuffed animals but still she was their kitty cat Mom and I was just the human one.
That is so awesome!!
SUCH a precious photo, Fui, and you and Suey and Lishy are the best fursiblings any baby could want. And she is a beautiful little girl, by the way.
The New Orleans Kitties
you are a good babykeeper
