Saturated Sausicles
Some of you might remember that last year I had a nasty case of idiopathic cystitis. It was not a fun time.
One of the changes mum made was to try and get more water into me. I have lots more wet food in my diet now, which I love, even after Fui has been through and licked all the gravy off.

All 'ectomied out
These are some pictures of Freddie Weasley that were taken during his stay with us.
Lottie, Alice and Henry all did really well during thier surgeries. Alice had an umbilical hernia repaired, and is not fighting fit. The three of them made the trip back to the shelter today, where they will go up for adoption.
Suey's eye is looking much better. She is being very good with her eye drops, and the swelling is pretty much all gone. Thankyou very much for your get better wishes for her.

That is the update from our house :)

I'm On the Mend
Hi kitties!:)
I am much happier now that I am home. The anti-inflammatory and anti-biotic injections have had time to get working now, and I am a lot more comfortable. I have been able to cut my litterbox visits back to every half an hour or so, which means I get a much better chance to relax. And I haven't cried on the litterbox once today! I've been spending lots of time snuggling in mum's lap. My blood results came back tonight, and they were good. The only thing of note was that I was dehydrated, and the vet said that wasn't unusual after being in the hospital all day. So Fui, mum and I have been doing a happy dance together about that!:)
In the photo above, can you see the white patch on my neck? That is where I was shaved for the test.
In the photo below, you can see the best brother in the world. He has been taking such good care of me, giving me lots of snuggles and cleaning my head. Mum was a little bit concerned that he might have reacted badly to me when I got home from the vet, because it's the longest we have been apart since Fui was neutered when he was 6 months old. I also had vet smells all over me. He was very kind to me though, so she had nothing to worry about.
I would like to say a very big thankyou for all of your kind comments and purrs. I am a lucky little ladycat to have such lovely friends.
Lots of love and snuggley cuddles,
