The gusts got stronger and stronger, until suddenly,
I was blown right off my cat tree! There were really big storms that night, which had us all on edge. There was lots of rain, and parts of Melbourne flooded. Mum nearly got the car flooded in when she was doing the food shopping on Saturday morning! The bonus for us is that some of the tiles got blown off the roof at dad's work, and the carpets got all wet. While the damage is no good, we got to have him home today for a free long-weekend :)

Any excuse for having your Dad home is a good excuse!
Well that seems right...if it's scary outside, good to have your daddy there to protect all of you!

I know what you mean. My kitties don't like the wind in their face either. I had a look-see at your blog and just love all the beautiful photos. I love all cats but am a big fan of the white kitty. I'm your new follower. Drop by for a give-away. Hugs, Deb=^..^=x5 Ottawa, Canada

We also see that your ears got blown completely flat to your head!!! Pretty scary stuff, hopefully you were able to find your mum for some reassuring cudles :-)
How scary Lishy!!
Please tell your mom to be real careful in the wind and the rain! We would not want any bad thing to happen to her or any of you!
It was pretty mad weather wasn't it?
