From the mum:
Fui was a very very good boy, and even though it was very uncomfortable for him and a bit scary, he didn't scratch or go for the bite. He is a very gentle tabbyman. When he realised that his v-e-t friend had liver treats, he forgot that he was out of his comfort zone and spent the rest of the appointment trying to do his high five trick for treats. His wound will have to be cleaned twice a day for the next week, and so far he is not fighting it too hard. He really is a very nice cat.

Aw Fui...what a sweetheart you are. Our guardian angel cat who started it all, Morgan ::bows head:: had feline acne her whole life. Mom would wash her sweet white chin with mild soap and a cotton ball a few times a week and that helped a lot.
Purrs to you,
Cory
pee ess...Ginger says hi!

Oh Fui - we are sorry you aren't feeling so good. Some of the kitties here have had this problem before and mom would clean the chins on a regular basis. We hope you are feeling better soon! Be nice to your mom....she is just tryign to help.
Fui, you are a very gentle cat and did a good job at the vets office, We hope you get lots of extra treats!
Poor Fui ~ it musta been horrible and yoo were SO brave.
We hope yoo feel better soon.
I'm so sorry. Is there a cream or something you can put on his chin to prevent this from happening again ?
You did so well enduring the procedure, Fui. The ouchie will be gone real fast, we're sure! Have a good relaxing weekend.
Fui, you are a good ManCat to let your Mom care for you without any fuss. A warm washcloth might help you lil' chin feel better.
Mommy says Scarlett (Of Scarlett and Melly) has feline acne and her Mom uses a natural wash to clear it up...you might e-mail the.
Hope you feel better in a few days and maybe your mum will give you some very nice treats.

Fui, we're sorry to hear this. I get chin acne too sometimes. I've been lucky so far that I haven't had any abcesses. Well, at least you got some treats out of it!!

Aw, Fui!! We are sorry about your chin :( However, it is good that you let your Mom & the Vet look after it as we would not want to see you get sick :o
Besides, pawsome treats are worth all the fuss!!! heehee

Hi Fui,
Way to go at the V-E-T! Treats are always nice, aren't they?
We hope your chin is all better real soon.
Happy Halloween!
Poor Fui! That would make me put my hat on, too. Harley's chin acne seemed to get better when we added a fish oil supplement to his foods.
Awww I hope you feel better soon.
We're so sorry your chin is owie. We hope it feels better very soon.
Hope you're already feeling better!
You are such a good boy.
Sandusky here has that problem too. Poor kitty hates it when someone washes his face and puts on the medicine.
you probably already know this but they say plastic isn't good for acne....it makes it worse...
