Today

Today in Australia and New Zealand it is ANZAC Day. We pause to remember and give thanks to the men and women who have served and continue to serve our countries. Live a life worthy of their sacrifices. Lest We Forget.

Thanks to your dad, all who serve with him and all the ones who have come before. We know it is good work that they do.

We don't get home til Tuesday, but mum had some spare time to sit on her brothers computer, while I am locked up in the spa.

ANZAC day must be like our Memorial Day. We'll think about those that have served and are serving now...

I'm sorry I wasn't by and on ANZAC day to see your post.

Here, too, we so easily we forget that others made the ultimate sacrifice to allow us the freedoms we enjoy. And how humbled we should feel when reminded. My thoughts and prayers for all those who have served and are still serving in all of our countries.
