Thursday in the Garden with Suey

Meow!

My name is Suey, and I have a confession. My garden is not very good. I hope the will understand.

This is the cat grass that I am trying to grow. It's not going too well.
These are the little clovery weedy things I am trying to stop from growing all over the pavers.

That's not going too well, either.

Maybe I'll learn from the other Society members. Hopefully.

Hi Suey, we think you're doing fine to even have a go at gardening. Our cat grass is still at the 'seeds in the packet' stage. BTW, thanks for sending us a lovely package in the mail. It smelt very interesting. Mum won't let us open it until she can take pictures, so that might have to be at the weekend.

Suey you are doing a fine job as a garden cat! No one said your plants have to live to be a member in good standing of our club. Remember...just dreaming about a garden is ok!

Don't worry Suey we all have that problem at times. It seems the "weeds" do much better then the plants at times. It's very disconcerting. ~S,S,C & F

It will get better. Not like our Mom that has black thumbs. She cannot even grow an air plant!

Our Mom grows petunias but that's about it ...

Oh and moss ...

Well, gardening is not an easy hobby - I know I am bad at it too Suey! I think the clovery things look kind of cool so maybe you should keep them - it would be easier then to focus on the cat grass.

Yes, I also think gardening is a very hard skill to master!

Your garden looks pretty good. The mom says she can only grow weeds successfully.

Not to worry Suey!!! It takes a while to get gardens going!! Just ask Mom,she's been trying for years, heehee
We have a great crop of weeds growing in the yard ;)
Just concentrate on the grass!! That is most important to us kitties ;)
One more thing... you ARE a pretty girl !!

Suey, if you want some cat grass just jump on the train to Melbourne and you can share mine. It's the first thing mum's been able to grow in all the time I've owned her.
