Freezing!

Dear Weatherman,
It got down to 1 degree overnight. This is not a temperature that we approve of. The heater can only do so much!
Please send us some sunshine, soon. We are from North Queensland, remember!

Oh noes, this is terribly, terribly cold! Better get that fur growing. As soon as we see the sun we will send some sunshine over to you, promised.
Now to something completely different: Our mom needs to know which way your water circles when it drains in the Southern hemisfere. They talked about this thing wether it's an urban legend that it turns the other way or not. Could you find out for us and tell us? That would be very cool!

Yup it is brass monkeys in the windy city tonight too. Our little wooden house is chilly. The heaters are cranked and the polar fleece is ready for snoozing.

Keep warm my aussie maties.

Smooches.

That is very cold! We know that is a big change for you. Do you got heated beds?

We moved to a different area of the country with different weather too. It's only in the low 70s here (21 C), but Boris doesn't like how cold it is. It's supposed to be Summer, he says.

But oh poor you, you moved in the middle of winter, didn't you? :( We will send warm purry thoughts to you.

Meomwy says that when I was in Chicago to visit grandma, she'd leave out my favorite human blanket to burrow under while laying on the couch. When I'd get under it, she'd wrap me up all cozy, which I would let her (they had heat, but I could still feel the chill in my bones).

So maybe your meowmy can break out more blankets and leave them in cozy spots to help you cope?

hahah it was freezing mega bad last night!! Here it got down to -1.3.. that's just crazy!! Momma says that we must live in a gully or something because just 5 mins down the road is always about 3-4 degrees warmer.. no wonder the house came with a huge gas heater hehe

ps:Momma took him to angry vet number 1 to have him checked out and scan for microchip, there was no microchip and she scanned all around his neck area :(
hehe then momma takes him to a different vet, number 2, to have his ear fixed up and that was the vet that left the gunky mess all over it.. momma is going to look into getting a collar, she thinks that is an awesome idea :)

#1 here, writing from Prince Edward Island, Canada. Sorry to hear about the cold, but it's pretty chilly here too and it's supposed to be SUMMER!

Stay warm!

Kitty pile with your people, that's what we do when it's cold! It's cozier that way, too. :) We're sorry you're so cold there, though. Hopefully your new house comes with a heater?
