A Note From Sally

Hello Everykitty,
This is just a quick note to let you know I found my Forever home on the weekend. Now my foster mum can stop trying to hatch plans to bust me out of the joint!

Oh yeah, that little nutball Sean was adopted, too. So it was a good weekend for us.
Did you know that the day after Brad's photo was published in the paper, the shelter had over 50 phone calls asking if he was still available?! The families that ended up adopting Mickey, Heath and Penny had also initially come out to the shelter to meet Brad. Unfortunately for them, Brad was adopted on Friday, and the paper was printed on Saturday. But I think they still got a good deal in the other Brady's and Smitten-Kittens.

In other news, my foster mum has had to confine Calvin and Jasper in the dog crate. Calvin has been obsessively trying to suckle off Meryl, and the poor girl was simply beside herself. She had boy kitty spit all over her tummy! My foster mum put Jasper in there too so they can play. Hopefully now Meryl can get some peace. Her ear is not looking any better, but it's also not looking any worse. Hopefully the coming days will see improvement, as she is getting close to desexing weight, but needs to be on the mend before she can go up for adoption.

It was nice knowing you guys!:)
