Hi Kitties!

We're home and settled now after our week at Pawpaws. We had a great stay, but we're happy to be home. We've been enjoying re-furring up our beds and seeing how much food we can scam out of mum. On the way to Pawpaws, Lishy decided to put on a show. Mum and dad pulled over when he puked through the door of his carrier. Then they pulled over again when he pooped in it. Unfortunately, they were too late to stop him sitting in it... so he made a rather unglamorous entry to the hotel.
Our good friend Greta picked us up, and Lishy put on a repeat performance for her. Thankfully though he managed to avoid landing in it. Thankyou Greta for bringing us home safe and sound :) There are not a lot of people that I get along with, but Greta is my great buddy :)
We're looking forward to catching up with everybody now that things are settling down a bit on our end. Keep having a happy week!
Love Suey.

Holiday Time

Hi kitties.
We are off to the kitty hotel this week to stay with our friend Morgan. She takes real good care of us, so mum is not toooo worried. We wont really be able to visit this week, but have scheduled a couple of posts. We are looking forward to getting home when everything is settled back down again, so we can properly catch up with the goings on of everycat.

I hope your week is awesome, peeps :)
Love Suey.

Where We Were

Hi everykitty! We haven't been blogging much lately because my mum has been a hopeless assistant. We did achieve one thing though, and that was getting mum and dad down the aisle.(photo by Tanya Tindale, Tindale Images)
We weren't able to go to the wedding, but we did put in an appearane. We took charge of the table numbers! I was table number two. This picture shows my photo in action.(photo courtesy of C.Postlethwaite)
Suey and Lishy also had numbers. This was Suey's.This was Lishy's. He was a bit difficult during his photoshoot, so mum used this photo out of the 57 she took because it was the only one where his face could be seen! Suey was also in charge of getting people to sign the guestbook,
and in charge of the spot where people left cards. While we might not have been there in cat, I think it's fair to say that without us telling people where to sit and what to do there would have been anarchy.
Today we are sending our biggest purrs to our dear friend Inigo Flufflebum and the whole Rumblefamily. Lots of love to you all at this sad time.
Love Fui.

Fun on Friday

Hi everybuddy! It's little Jonathan Sparrow here. I am here to show you that us boys know how to have just as much as our sister Lily.Gus thinks Lishy is very interesting, but that doesn't stop him running around like a crazy kitten with his tail all poofed up. He likes to crab walk across the room, then sprint off in the other direction. Benny thinks Fui is just about the coolest cat on the planet, and follows him around intently. Here he is checking out Fui's collar. He's looking forward to being big enough for one of his own.
Suey likes to watch what we are up to, but keeps a bit of a distance. Lewis didn't even know he was being watched here! We've got a big weekend coming up. When we first came to the shelter with our mum, the only empty foster home was our foster mum's. She was only scheduled to be available for the next five weeks, because their house was then going to be invaded by family for the wedding. The shelter called my foster mum to see if we could stay with her for five weeks, when they could make sure another foster home was free to take us. Tomorrow morning we will make the trip back to the shelter, and tomorrow afternoon we will make the trip to our new foster home. Mum will stay with us until we are weaned off at 8-10 weeks, then she will go back for her desexing and adoption. We will go back in when we are over the kilo mark.
Our foster mum feels guilty that she can't keep us for the whole time, but the foster coordinator has promised her that we are going to the very best foster home on their books. In the meantime, we have some more photos of our time here to share with you over the next few days.
Have a fun weekend :)

Tortie Tuesday

Kitties! HI! GUESS WHAT!! Now that we're getting bigger and our quarantine period is well passed, we have been allowed to come on short excursions downstairs! The boys come down in pairs, and I come down on my own because I am such a brave girl. We come down for short 5-10 minute periods so that our mum doesn't get too stressed out, and will start stretching it out as we get accustomed to it. I love exploring down here. There are all sorts of new sights and sounds and smells. Lishy totally adores me, and we are becoming fast friends. He even thinks I am ready for some wrassling practice! He is a good foster brother, and is very gentle. He told me that he used to be as little as me, but I don't really believe him. He is way bigger than I am! I'm off for another play now!
Love Lily.

The Fabulous Five on Friday

HELLO!!!!!!!!! IT'S BENNY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M A LITTLE BIT EXCITED TO TELL YOU ABOUT HOW ME AND MY SIBLINGS ARE GOING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT DO YOU MEAN "USE YOUR INSIDE VOICE, BENNY"? OH. SORRY.Here is my brother Jonathan showing how we are getting better and better at eating real food. We're even starting to have a munch on some crunchies. Milkbar time with mum is still our favourite, though. Behind Gus here, you can see one of our litterboxes. We are using them really well! Yesterday, our foster mum saw little baby #2s in there for the first time! (sorry if that's too much information. Take a look at Gus's baby blues if you need to take your mind off it).
Here I am with my other brother Lewis and our little sister Lily. She is the smallest of the five of us. My foster mum said she is one of the friendliest little baby ladycats she has ever known. Her favourite game is called 'Shimmy up the leg of my foster mum's pants while she washes our bowls', and she is teaching us all how to play it. I hope you have a fun weekend. I think we will spend it running around and being a little bit crazy!

Mini Mancat Monday

Jonathan
Gus
Benny We're 4 weeks old today, kitties!
A message from the Moimoi cat- thankyou for all your kind purrs about my sore chin. I've been good letting my mum clean it, and only tried to bite her once. It's looking much much better, and I am a lot more comfortable.
