She thinks I have the prettiest face that ever was.

I am testing out a special toy mum got. It is called the 'Safe for My Cousin' toy.
My cousin is three years old. He thinks I am the bees knees. He likes to play with me, but is not used to kitties. So a lot of our usual toys have great "smack the kitty in the head" potential.
This toy is fabric on a string. It's easier to use without involving head smacking.
We had a big practice session, and I gave it two paws up.
It is now riddled with claw holes, which is the mark of a fun toy.
This one doesn't leave feathers in your mouth when you chomp on it, either. That is a good thing, especially after witnessing the 'Chase Suey so she doesn't eat the feather' debacle of a few days ago.
Mum's happy with Fui's, except for the surrounding fabric. Next to him, I look even worse!! So the time has come. I instructed mum to make a new one.
It looks promising so far.
Come on, lady!!
This is the new finished product. Torties are hard, I guess. I'm missing my cream foot and the milk spill on my chin, but it's a better likeness. I have one of our old collar tags on it, with a bell.
I outsmarted the box though, and they are now in a much stronger one in the cupboard.
I want to tell you about one of my favourite toys.
My family lived in Fiji for my first years, and this was my first Father Christmas. Note the fan aimed at him!
I fell in love with my favourite food group early on.
School picture day was a great excuse to fit as many baubles in my hair as possible.
This is my favourite photo of me and my baby sister. I love you, sis:)
Thankyou, Fui and Suey!
This week, however, I have been ripping in! It is really quite satisfying.
This is my favourite sleeping position. It's a little bit exhibitionist, but it's so comfortable! What is your favourite way to sleep?
I like to call this photo 'Fui- Busted'. Look at him trying to lick mum's toast! And to think he has the audacity to say it is me who is naughty, because I am a torti!
I hope you had a day of sunshines:)
Fui and I both earned ourselves a new piece of bling! In conjunction with our name and number tag, we have a second smaller one that says "I Am Lost" on the back. Mum is hoping it will be an extra level of security if we ever run out of the house. She is paranoid.
It turns out she was not adopted, as I had believed when she was removed from the adoption listings. The shelter was hit by cat flu, and Tillie caught a dose. She went out on foster until she had recovered, and is now back waiting for her Forever Family to find her.
The dear little girl has been in the shelter for such a long time now. Knowing what a star she is, and how much more she deserves, it is very hard not to pick up the phone and get her flown down. If only we were living in our own home, and not depending on the permission of others!
